Based on the client’s projected monthly demand, ONEREEL proposed a production lead time of 25-30 days for the first order, with capacity to increase if demand scales up. For shipping arrangements, both parties discussed several logistics options, including FOB Ningbo, CIF Bogotá, and door-to-door DDP service. ONEREEL provided a cost analysis of LCL and FCL container loads, and suggested efficient packaging strategies to maximize space and minimize damage during transit. The Colombian clients were particularly satisfied with ONEREEL’s previous export experience to South America, which ensures smooth customs clearance and compliance with local import regulations.
As the visit concluded, the clients expressed their confidence in ONEREEL’s ability to deliver reliable and cost-effective textile bobbins on time and in large quantities.
