NINGBO ONEREEL recently welcomed important clients from Colombia for an on-site inspection and strategic discussion on the mass production and shipping logistics of customized textile bobbins.

After reaching a preliminary understanding of the bobbin specifications, ONEREEL arranged a factory tour to showcase its automated injection molding and precision CNC machining equipment. The clients observed firsthand how raw materials are processed into durable, uniform bobbins. They showed particular interest in ONEREEL’s quality control process, which includes dimensional checks, material testing, and rotational balance tests to ensure high performance during high-speed textile operations.

The conversation then turned to production timelines. Based on the client’s projected monthly demand, ONEREEL proposed a production lead time of 25-30 days for the first order, with capacity to increase if demand scales up. A flexible scheduling system and ERP tracking were introduced to keep customers updated on production status in real time.

For shipping arrangements, both parties discussed several logistics options, including FOB Ningbo, CIF Bogotá, and door-to-door DDP service. ONEREEL provided a cost analysis of LCL and FCL container loads, and suggested efficient packaging strategies to maximize space and minimize damage during transit. The Colombian clients were particularly satisfied with ONEREEL’s previous export experience to South America, which ensures smooth customs clearance and compliance with local import regulations.

As the visit concluded, the clients expressed their confidence in ONEREEL’s ability to deliver reliable and cost-effective textile bobbins on time and in large quantities. With agreements reached on material choices, production schedules, and shipping logistics, this visit marked the beginning of a promising partnership between ONEREEL and the Colombian textile sector.
